1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowCBAM ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowCBAM provides carbon border compliance and emissions data extraction services. We use AI-assisted technology to extract structured data from your uploaded supplier documents, which you review and approve before filing with the EU CBAM registry.

3. Account Registration

To use FlowCBAM, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Overage charges (documents exceeding your plan limit) are billed at the end of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to process
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in document extraction, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before use. FlowCBAM is not liable for errors in extracted data that you do not correct before export to your ERP system.

7. Intellectual Property

FlowCBAM and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, algorithms, and interfaces.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowCBAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
